Ordering and Shipping Information

To Place Orders:

We now have an online shopping cart for your convenience! Simply use the cart buttons to place your order. After you have entered your shipping information in the checkout process, you may choose to place an online Secure Order using a credit card, or you may simply print and mail or fax an order form. Placing an order through Wholesale Distribution is easy and convenient, no matter which way the order is placed. You can choose to phone, fax or order on-line. Whatever method you choose, we’ll place a follow-up phone call to confirm your order, providing piece of mind that you are doing business with a contentious, established company.

Christine or Linda, our Customer Service Representatives, will confirm your color selection, quantity and discuss the shipping options, so that you receive the correct order at the most economical means of delivery. Shipping:

We realize everyone has budget constraints and we take the extra steps necessary to ensure that the product ordered is shipped by the most economical means possible. All products are shipped F.O.B. origin, unless otherwise specified. Items which are too big or too heavy to ship by UPS will be shipped by freight. Standard truck shipment charges are for tailgate delivery only. Drivers are not obligated to unload shipments from their trucks. If assistance is needed, please contact us so that arrangements can be made prior to delivery. A cost for inside delivery may be assessed.

Lead Time:

Wholesale Distribution carries a wide assortment of products from large cafeteria tables to the smallest of glides. As such, shipping times vary depending on the product ordered. Generally, in-stock items are shipped within 2 to 3 weeks. Non-stock, custom made orders will take longer, usually 8 weeks. At certain times of the year when our products are in the greatest demand, these shipping times may be extended.

Receiving Items:

We strongly suggest that when your order is delivered, to make sure that all cartons are inspected and counted. Compare what you have received with the delivery receipt and note any discrepancy on the receipt. Before signing the delivery receipt, please take a moment to open all boxes and inspect the contents. If you find damage, refuse that portion of the order and contact Wholesale Distribution immediately. Once notified, we’ll take whatever steps are needed so that you receive the replacements quickly. Freight companies require that damage claims are made within 15 days of receipt.

Missing Parts:

In the rare occasion that parts are missing, please contact our Customer Service Department. We’ll have the parts shipped to you at no charge.

Cancellations:

Orders which are cancelled after shipment will be subject to a restocking fee and shipping charges. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

Terms & Conditions:

By placing an order you agree to the terms and conditions of ordering established by Wholesale Distribution.

Bids & Quotes:

Wholesale Distribution is happy to provide bids and quotes. Just call, fax or email our Customer Service Department.

Fabrics, Finishes and Colors:

Due to inconsistencies of monitors, actual colors may vary and may not exactly match the colors offered. We’ll be happy to provide color samples at your request.

Returns:

Every now and then, you may need to return an item. Please contact our Customer Service Department prior to making the return. We will provide you with an authorization number which allow us to track the return, issue the appropriate credit and ship the replacement product without delay.

Billing:

If you have any questions at any time about your bill, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll work hard to answer your questions or resolve any problem promptly.

Prices & Specifications Changes:

Although Wholesale Distribution tries to maintain current pricing throughout the year, prices are subject to change at anytime without notice. Product specifications and colors may also change without notice due to manufacturing changes.

Warranties:

Wholesale Distribution honors all manufacturers’ warranties. No other warranties, either expressed or implied, are pledged by Wholesale Distribution.
